Hair sheep

Katahdin Sheep

Our flock is about 60 Katahdin ewes. Katahdins are a hair sheep breed: they shed their coat instead of growing wool, so they never need shearing. Some of our ewes are registered with Katahdin Hair Sheep International (KHSI), and lambs can be registered on request.

Meat goats

Spanish Goats

Spanish goats are a hardy, low-maintenance meat goat. Our Spanish herd is a buck and eight black, fullblood Spanish does and doelings of the Syfan bloodline, DNA-registered with the Spanish Goat Registry (SGR). The doelings below are Syfan Spanish doelings.

Pack Goats

Pack goats carry gear for hikers and hunters into the backcountry. Our pack goat string includes seven Packer pack goats and a Packer buck, along with 12 Packer nannies with kids at side.
